With over twenty five years of leadership experience in a variety of national organizations and nonprofits, Nicole brings an empathic, whole-person, and results-oriented lens to coaching, training, and facilitation. Nicole is a dynamic leader, consultant, coach and facilitator who specializes in helping organizations, teams, and individuals thrive. Known for her empathy, warmth, and ability to simplify complex and sensitive situations, Nicole offers tailored guidance, actionable insights, and practical tools to drive meaningful progress in organizational culture, team dynamics, and personal and professional development.
As a coach, Nicole brings her expertise and lived experience to personal leadership and professional development. With a particular expertise in supporting female-identifying individuals, Nicole works with clients of all identities and centers equity and inclusion values in all of her work. Her client base represents a diversity of industries and life stages.
Nicole recently served as the Founding CEO of Ta’amod, a multi-pronged initiative dedicated to fostering safety, equity, and accountability in Jewish communal workplaces. Her experience with hundreds of organizations and thousands of indivduals provides her acute and varied insight into the complex needs of people and businesses.
She is a graduate of the UpStart Venture Accelerator program and sits on the board of the San Diego Center for Jewish Culture, at the Lawrence Family JCC.
After 40 + years as a New Yorker, as of 2020, she resides happily in San Diego, CA with her partner, two teenage children, and Sadie the dog.
